|
Click on the 'your account' link near the top of most pages to:
- View and edit your account information, including e-mail address, password, mailing address, and credit card info.
- See your available credits and special offers.

| Editing Your Personal Info |
|
From 'your account', you can add or update any of your personal info, including your name, email address, mailing address or credit card information. Here's how:
- Click on the 'your account' link near the top of the page
- You'll see the info currently saved in your account displayed under 'personal information'. Click on the 'edit personal info' button
- Add or update your e-mail address, password, name, mailing address, billing info, or credit card info by typing in the form fields
- Click on the yellow 'update info' button

| Add Your Mobile Phone Number |
|
In order to use Truprint Mobile services, you'll need to enter your mobile number into your account details on the Truprint site. We will then send a text message to your phone that contains a code that you'll enter on the site to verify that we have the correct number.
- From any page on the site, click on 'account' at the top of the page.
- Under 'personal information,' click on 'enter phone number'.
- Select your wireless carrier from the drop-down box and enter your ten-digit telephone number, including area code, then click 'continue'. This will prompt Truprint to send a text message to your phone that contains a three-digit code.
- Retrieve the code from the message on your phone and enter it into the field on the site, then click 'continue'.
Tip: If you don't open the text message as it comes in, the message is stored in your phone's Inbox. To find the message, just open your Inbox. If you haven't received a message, go back to the page where you are supposed to enter the three-digit code and click the 'please send again' link, and we'll send the message again.
Note: The code we send is good for a limited time. If you wait a couple of days to open the message, the code will no longer be good. If you can't find your code, or if your code is no longer good, click the 'please send again' link on the page where you enter your three-digit code and we'll send the message again.

| Order Status and History |
|

When you place an order through our website
(prints or hi-res downloads), your order is added to the order
status and history section of your account. Within that section, you can
view the details of your Truprint orders including the status of each order,
a breakdown of the charges, and a detailed history of your past Truprint
orders (up to 12 months). visit order status and history

| Credits & Special Offers |
|
|
Your account page lists the credits you have in your account, along with a description and date they expire. To see new special offers, click on the link to 'special offers' at the bottom of your account page.
When you take advantage of a special offer, you'll receive an award of credits for Truprint products and services. You can apply these credits to future orders until you use them up, or until they expire, whichever is sooner. Each special offer has a separate set of conditions and awards. Details for current special offers are below.
Special Offers
The section titled 'new offers' lists the offers that you can use to get additional credits at this time. The item and quantity you'll receive are listed under 'Award' (for example '20 free 4x6 prints'), followed by the expiration date and the details of the offer.
To take advantage of a special offer, just click on the appropriate button on the right side of the page.
To find out your current credit total, see your account details by clicking on the 'your account' link near the top of most pages.
Current Special Offers
Free prints
You get 20 free 4x6 prints with your first upload of digital photos. After completing your first upload, you'll receive a credit for 20 free prints. When you place a print order, we'll automatically apply any credits you have to the order. You can use all of your free prints at one time or across several orders. More info about free prints |

| Common Questions About Your Account |

What if I forgot my password?
We'll send your password to the email address stored in your Truprint account. Just follow these steps:
- Go to
www.truprint.co.uk
and find the log in area on the right hand side of the page.
- Click on the 'forgot password?' link.
- A small window containing a text field will pop up. Enter the email address you used to create your Truprint account and click on 'OK'
- Click the yellow 'OK' button. Truprint will send you an email containing your password.
- We'll immediately send you an email message with your password.
- Check your email for the password, and then return to Truprint and log in. Need your password now?
Tip: Make sure the email address you enter is the one you used to set up your Truprint account.
How do I change the email address Truprint uses to contact me?
You can change any part of your account info, including your email address, by following these steps:
- Click on the 'your account' link at the top of the page.
- Click on the 'edit personal info' button.
- Type your new e-mail address into the form field.
- Click on the yellow 'update info' button.
How can I cancel my account?
