What will happen to my Truprint account?
Since the Truprint website was operating on the same platform as Snapfish, all Truprint accounts will continue to be available through the Snapfish website. We encourage you to visit Snapfish.co.uk and log in with your Truprint login credentials to access all your saved creations and photos.
What about my photos, credits and projects?
Any photos, existing projects, or credits on your account will still exist on the Snapfish website. Your photos are already available, however it may take up to one week after 21st April 2020 for your projects and credits to appear in your Snapfish account.
Can I access my previous orders?
It is possible to re-order from within your existing projects on the Snapfish website.
Will the same products, designs and embellishments be available?
Yes, the Snapfish platform has identical products, designs and embellishments that were available on Truprint. At Snapfish we are not only adding new products but continually improving our selection of designs and user experience.
